Founding Sales Lead - White-Label AI Partnerships

Hi - I'm Mauricio, founder of Solemi.

Solemi gives professional-services firms - agencies, consultancies, MSPs, accounting firms - a white-label AI product and engineering team they can sell to their existing clients under their own brand. So what you'd sell is that team, not a piece of software. Partners own the client relationship; our product manager and engineers scope, build, launch, and operate the work behind their brand. A first team can typically start in 1-2 weeks.

I'm hiring our first sales lead. You would own partner acquisition end to end - find firm owners, open conversations, run the calls, close partnerships. You'd build the sales side from scratch instead of stepping into one that already runs.

Who I'm looking for: you've already sold at a growing company. Bonus if you've sold to agencies, staffing, or professional-services firms, or done BDR/SDR at an AI company. High-ticket closing experience helps.

On compensation, straight up: commission-only at the start, moving to base + commission as revenue lands, and you'd help set your own commission on top of our base pricing. We'll talk details on a call.
