Join an International Digital Services Project in Braga!
We are looking for Customer Service Specialists fluent in French to join an international digital services project in Braga, Portugal.
You will support customers through a platform that brings together various everyday services and benefits. Your role will be to assist users with questions related to their accounts, balances, services, and platform functionalities, providing a professional and positive customer experience. This is a full-time position, based in Braga.
Your Role
Your main responsibilities include:
• Providing professional customer service
• Handling customer inquiries primarily through incoming calls
• Assisting customers with account-related issues
• Supporting users in creating and managing accounts
• Handling balance-related issues
• Clearly explaining the platform's features and services
• Helping customers use available services effectively
• Resolving customer issues and identifying appropriate solutions
• Escalating more complex cases when necessary
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Providing a high-quality customer experience through empathy and professionalism
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate possesses:
• Fluency in French at C2/native level, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain information clearly and simply
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• Good multitasking skills
• Resilience and adaptability
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
Previous experience in customer service or a contact center is a plus Advantage: English is not required for this position.
Working Hours
📅 Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Saturdays and Sundays off
Salary and Benefits
💰 Monthly package: approximately €1,245.23/month
(€1,085 gross monthly salary equivalent to 12 months, approximately €160.23 net meal allowance, based on 21 working days)
🚀 With full performance bonus: up to approximately €1,330.23/month
(including up to €85 gross/month performance bonus)
🎁 Welcome Bonus of €2,000
