We work with organizations that have outgrown generic SaaS tools and need technology built around the way they actually operate. **Our work includes:** * Custom AI powered business systems * Internal operational platforms and dashboards * Client portals and visibility systems * AI reporting and query assistants * CRM, ERP, project management and workflow integrations * Legacy system modernization and digital transformation * Custom software infrastructure built around proprietary business data We typically work on high value transformation projects ranging from $20K–$100K+, working directly with founders, CEOs, partners and senior decision makers. We are expanding deeper into Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Firms and other financial institutions **The Role** We are looking for a Full Cycle Sales Executive / Business Development Partner focused on Private Equity and Venture Capital. This is not a traditional SDR role. * You will be responsible for identifying investment firms with operational, data and technology challenges, initiating conversations with partners and senior operators, running discovery calls, understanding their workflows, positioning Briidge.one's solutions, managing proposals and ultimately closing deals. * You should be comfortable discussing technology with people who don't necessarily want another AI tool. * The conversation should instead be about things PE and VC firms actually care about: deal velocity, institutional knowledge, diligence, portfolio visibility, reporting, data fragmentation, team productivity and decision making. **What You'll Own** 1. Prospecting & Account Research- Identify PE firms, VC firms, family offices and investment organizations where technology can materially improve how the organization operates. Research: * Fund size and strategy * Investment team structure * Portfolio size * Existing technology stack * CRM and deal management systems * Data workflows * Reporting processes * Operational complexity * Technology initiatives * Key decision makers Build targeted account lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase and other intelligence platforms. Target stakeholders including: * Managing Partners * General Partners * Operating Partners * COOs * CIOs * CTOs * Heads of Operations * Heads of Portfolio Operations * Managing Directors * Investment Operations leaders **2. Outbound Sales** Develop highly personalized outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn and calls. Your messaging should focus on problems such as: * Information scattered across systems * Institutional knowledge disappearing when people leave * Manual investment reporting * Slow diligence workflows * Repetitive IC preparation * Poor visibility across portfolio companies * Data trapped inside CRMs and documents * Difficulty querying proprietary information * Manual portfolio monitoring You should be able to create a compelling business case without leading with AI. **3. Discovery & Qualification** Run discovery calls with investment professionals and operating teams. Understand: * How deals enter the pipeline * How information is captured * How diligence is performed * How IC materials are created * Where investment knowledge lives * How portfolio information is monitored * What systems the firm already uses * Where analysts and associates spend unnecessary time * Where information is lost between systems **4. Solution Selling** Work with the founding/product team to design the appropriate solution. Potential projects may include: * Institutional intelligence platforms * AI-powered research systems * Deal intelligence workflows * Portfolio monitoring systems * Internal knowledge systems * CRM integrations * Document intelligence * AI reporting * Custom investment workflows Position technology around *investment outcomes and operating leverage*, not features. **5. Proposal & Closing** Own opportunities from discovery through close. Present proposals to partners and senior executives. Handle concerns around: * Security * Data privacy * Deployment * Integration * AI reliability * Internal adoption * Implementation * Pricing Lead commercial negotiations while protecting deal value. **What We're Looking For** * 3+ years of B2B sales experience * Experience selling software, technology, consulting or professional services * Experience selling to PE, VC, investment firms, family offices or financial services is strongly preferred * Experience with $20K+ deals * Experience selling into US, UK, European or other Western markets * Comfortable speaking with Partners, Managing Directors, COOs and senior executives * Strong understanding of consultative selling * Ability to understand complex workflows and turn them into commercial opportunities You do not need to be an engineer.
