Full Stack Developer
Summary
Build and maintain HR and recruitment platforms using React/Angular/Vue.js, Python/Node.js/Java, and cloud services.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications (front-end and back-end) to support HR, recruitment, and manpower management platforms
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, system architects, and business stakeholders to define application requirements and data contracts
• Ensure application performance, security, code quality, and documentation standards are maintained across the entire stack
• Troubleshoot and resolve full-stack issues; support third-party system integrations including ATS, HRMS, and payroll platforms
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in full stack development
• Proficient in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Python, Node.js, or Java)
• Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL API design, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience integrating HR or manpower management systems is an advantage
