OnLineTraining Ltd is seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of a cloud-hosted web application. About The Role

As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will support the delivery and maintenance of application features using C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, and .NET. You will contribute to the user interface, work with relational data, and help maintain services that support authentication, cloud storage, background processing, and real-time communication. You will also assist with integrations involving payment and AI services.

This is a hands‑on junior‑level position for someone with a solid grounding in web development who is eager to learn through practical work. You will collaborate with colleagues, receive guidance as you take on development tasks, and develop your understanding of production software practices. A willingness to ask questions, take feedback, and steadily build your skills will be important to your success.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with good working knowledge of C# and the .NET platform, alongside basic experience with ASP.NET Core MVC, preferably using .NET 8 or a recent version. You should understand the fundamentals of MVC architecture, Razor views, and server‑rendered web pages, and be comfortable with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or another modern CSS framework is desirable.

You should have an understanding of relational databases and SQL, ideally with some exposure to Azure SQL and Entity Framework Core. Familiarity with authentication and account management, particularly ASP.NET Core Identity, is valuable. An interest in Azure App Service, Blob Storage, queues, and SignalR is welcome; you do not need to be an expert in every service. Experience or curiosity about working with external APIs, including Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic, or ElevenLabs, will also be helpful. You should be comfortable using Visual Studio or a similar development environment and committed to continued learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain application features using C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, .NET, and ASP.NET Core Identity.
• Build and update interfaces with Razor templates, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Tailwind CSS.
• Work with Azure SQL and Entity Framework Core to support data access and application functionality.
• Assist with cloud hosting, storage, and background processing using Azure App Service, Blob Storage, and queues.
• Help maintain real‑time application features built with SignalR.
• Support integrations with Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic, and ElevenLabs services.
• Debug issues, test changes, document work, and improve existing code.
• Follow secure coding practices and contribute to reliable, maintainable software.
• Organise development tasks, communicate progress, and collaborate constructively with colleagues.
