Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and interview qualified Full-Stack Developers for various client projects.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify talent across diverse tech stacks (e.g., MERN, MEAN, LAMP,. NET).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of skilled full-stack engineers.
- Manage the recruitment process from job requisition intake through to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and cultural fit.
- Utilize advanced recruitment tools, job boards, social media, and professional networks to find candidates.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarks for full-stack developer roles.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a strong focus on sourcing Full-Stack Developers.
- In-depth knowledge of common programming languages, frameworks, databases, and cloud technologies used in full-stack development.
- Demonstrated success in attracting and engaging passive software engineering talent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
