Day to day: designing web applications and RESTful APIs across front-end and back-end, architecting scalable solutions, code reviews, CI/CD support, and mentoring juniors. Requires 5+ years of fullstack experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications and APIs
- Build and enhance both front-end and back-end functionality
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews and champion development best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
- Support CI/CD, deployment, and cloud infrastructure initiatives
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience
- Strong front-end and back-end development capabilities
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is advantageous
