Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and solutions-oriented Mid-to-Senior-Level Front-End and Back-End Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize web applications, handling both front-end interfaces and back-end systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience in modern web development technologies, database management, API integrations, and building scalable, secure, and reliable applications.
Experience in workflow automation and system integrations using platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), and n8n is a significant advantage, particularly for candidates who can streamline business processes, connect applications, and develop automated workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Web Development
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain responsive, high-performing web applications.
- Build intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
- Develop and maintain back-end systems, server-side logic, and application functionality.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases to manage, retrieve, and optimize application data.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, reliable, and optimized for performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
System Integration & Automation
- Develop and maintain integrations between web applications, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency through technology.
- Support the development and implementation of automated processes.
- Work with webhooks, API requests, data mapping, and event-driven integrations.
- Leverage automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, and n8n when applicable to project requirements.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing integrations and automated workflows.
Technical Collaboration & Maintenance
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and development reviews.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and reusable code.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
- Use version control systems and follow established development best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations, and workflows.
- Recommend improvements to existing systems, development processes, and technical infrastructure.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages:
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Python
- C#
Highly Preferred – Automation & Integrations
Hands-on experience with one or more workflow automation platforms:
- Zapier
- Make (formerly Integromat)
- n8n
