Our esteemed client in the IT industry is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Backend) to join their dynamic team:

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for a cloud-based digital platform.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs, business logic, and workflow-driven applications.
Design and optimise relational databases to ensure performance and data integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
Support application deployment, CI/CD pipelines, database migrations, and cloud-based environments.
Implement secure coding practices and resolve security findings to ensure production readiness.
Perform unit, API, and integration testing to maintain application quality.

Job Requirements:

At least 3+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js or NestJS.
Solid experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, relational database design, and query optimisation.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Familiar with authentication and authorisation concepts (e.g. OAuth2, JWT, RBAC).
Exposure to AWS cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Git.
Good understanding of secure coding practices, application security, and software testing.
