Full-Stack Engineer Python/Django

Salary: $80,000 - 120,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a bachelors degree, technical degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• We need strong expertise in Python and the Python ecosystem, with a particular focus on Django.
• We expect solid front-end development skills, including HTML5 and CSS preprocessors such as Less or SCSS.
• We require experience with Git and other version control tools.

• We expect familiarity with the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, debugging, and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you develop, implement, and document software for our full-service automotive leasing and remarketing business.
• We will rely on you to help improve how our company operates through technology.
• We will expect you to communicate clearly with stakeholders and work closely with coworkers to solve problems.
• We will place you on our centralized application team, where you will build solutions for multiple business units.
• You will write code and support users across groups such as accounting, contact center, and remarketing.
• You will take part in the full software development process from gathering requirements through testing and maintenance.
• You will produce code that is tested, maintainable, and aligned with our standards and best practices.
• You will manage your time, priorities, and deadlines while contributing to team-based solutions.
• You will collaborate with our team members to develop effective approaches to tasks and challenges.
• You may need to work occasional afternoons or weekends based on implementation needs.
