Generative Ai Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Generative AI Engineer in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Full-Time, On-Site, joining within 60 days. You will design and implement generative AI solutions using LLMs and RAG architectures. You are accountable for building productionready AI systems that power immersive digital experiences and interactive installations for government and private clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation pipelines for accurate and contextaware AI responses.
2. Fine tune and deploy large language models to meet specific project requirements.
3. Integrate generative AI capabilities into spatial transformation and experiential innovation projects.
4. Collaborate with creative and technical teams to deliver holographic imagery 3D projection mapping and AI powered outreach solutions.
5. Ensure AI systems are scalable reliable and aligned with enterprise standards.
6. Conduct performance testing and continuous improvement of AI models and applications.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Strong expertise in generative AI with focus on LLMs and RAG frameworks.
2. Proven ability to build end to end AI solutions for real world applications.
3. Experience working with AI automation and interactive digital technologies.
4. Solid understanding of software engineering best practices for production deployments.
5. Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced collaborative environment.
6. Familiarity with ISO and CMMI certified processes is preferred.
