Your Role
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, delivering professional and high-quality support
Assist customers with questions related to automotive and digital products, troubleshooting issues effectively
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in CRM systems
Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience
Stay up to date with the latest offers, policies, and services to provide accurate and timely information
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a warm, professional, and solution-oriented experience
Meet quality and operational performance targets while contributing to service excellence
Your Qualifications
Native or fluent German (C1-C2 level) with good English skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Interest in automotive and digital products
Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting performance goals
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
Experience using CRM systems is a plus
Team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
