What you'll do
- Help German-speaking customers by phone, email and chat
- Diagnose and fix issues with devices, apps and online services
- Guide customers step by step to a clear solution
- Escalate complex cases to specialist teams and follow up
- Document every case in the CRM system
What we're looking for
- Native or C1 German
- English at B2 level or higher
- Interest in technology and good computer skills
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
- Patient, logical and solution-oriented
- Based in Greece or open to relocating
