As Global Lead Sales Enablement Platform (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the strategic development and global adoption of GEA's Sales Enablement Platform, ensuring it becomes a key enabler for sales excellence and customer engagement across all divisions.
In this role, you will:
Own and drive the global development and optimization of the Sales Enablement Platform as the central platform supporting sales teams and customer interactions.
Define and establish the global operating model, including governance structures, roles, and responsibilities across Global Sales Excellence, Divisions, Marketing, Sales, and Product Management.
Lead the standardization of sales content, best practices, and sales enablement processes across the organization.
Evaluate, select, and manage sales enablement technologies, solutions, and external technology partners.
Drive the adoption of digital sales tools to improve seller productivity, knowledge sharing, and overall sales effectiveness.
Coordinate pilot programs, global rollouts, and adoption initiatives in close collaboration with business stakeholders and divisional teams.
Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure platform utilization, user adoption, and business impact.
Ensure the Sales Enablement Platform becomes an integral component of GEA's global Sales Excellence ecosystem.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly international environment to continuously improve sales enablement capabilities and user experience.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
Several years of professional experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Excellence, or a comparable area.
Proven experience in implementing, developing, and globally rolling out digital sales enablement platforms.
Strong understanding of the collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and IT organizations.
Experience managing external technology partners, vendors, and service providers.
Demonstrated expertise in governance, change management, and user adoption initiatives.
Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English language skills and experience working in international, cross-functional environments.
