Head – BD (International Business)
This role is pivotal in driving international business growth within the railway and infrastructure sector, focusing on securing high-impact projects through strategic development and client engagement. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive industry experience to lead global project acquisition, foster relationships with multilateral funding institutions, and support the expansion of services across international markets. The position demands a strategic mindset, deep sector expertise, and a proven track record in delivering complex infrastructure projects on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
- Lead international business development initiatives in the railway, metro, transport, and infrastructure sectors.
- Identify, pursue, and secure global project opportunities with multilateral funding institutions.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with international clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to proposal development, bid management, and contract negotiation for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to support business expansion and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Rail / Transport), Business Administration, Infrastructure Management, or equivalent.
- MBA or international business qualification preferred.
- 15–20+ years of experience in railway consulting, contracting, or related infrastructure sectors.
- Proven success in international business development and global project acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience working with multilateral funded projects and international clients.
