Contractor: Seasonal stipend position
Stipend: Ranges from $1000 - $3500 per season depending upon role, level, and experience.

General Description and Qualifications: King’s Way Christian Schools, located in Vancouver, Washington, is a private, Christian school serving students from 12 months to the 12th grade. Our mission is to partner with families to provide a Christ-centered education for the whole child, leading to life change in each student.
We are currently seeking a MS Volleyball Coach to join our Athletics Department. This position supports the core values of King’s Way Christian Schools by providing safe, competitive and Christ-centered athletic opportunities for students. A successful candidate combines spiritual maturity, athletic knowledge, coaching skill and the ability to impact the lives of students. General duties include: practice and game coaching, supervision of athletes, scheduling of games, practices, and transportation, communication with parents, and budget management.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for establishing a positive, psychologically safe, and process oriented team culture
- Schedule, organize, conduct, and supervise all practices
- Organize and implement game strategies
- Develop the skill level of student athletes in your program
- Ongoing and regular communication with the Athletic Department, student athletes, and parents regarding the program vision, philosophy, tactics, and schedule
- In coordination with the Athletic Department, track and maintain all equipment and uniforms.
- Supervise student athletes before, during, and after practices and games
- Partner with the Athletic Department to provide an excellent and meaningful student athlete experience.
- Model Christian character in interactions with coaches, players, referees, parents, and the broader community.
