The role will lead sales across both hotels, with a strong focus on international luxury leisure, while tailoring commercial strategies to each property’s unique positioning, market and customer base. • Lead the overall group sales direction, with a particular focus on international luxury leisure business.

  • Identify and prioritise key geographic markets, customer segments, accounts and partnership opportunities for each property.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with luxury travel advisors, tour operators, destination specialists, consortia and preferred partner programmes.

  • Develop a highly targeted, relationship-led sales strategy for the heritage property, while driving broader market penetration and segment development for the resort.

  • Lead, coach and develop the on-property sales and reservations teams, fostering a high-performing and commercially focused culture.

  • Represent the properties at selected international trade shows, sales missions, roadshows and client events.

  • Develop strategic account plans for key partners, ensuring consistent follow-up, conversion and relationship management.

  • Partner closely with hotel leadership and revenue teams on pricing, forecasting, inventory and distribution decisions.

  • Monitor and analyse key commercial metrics, including business mix, booking pace, occupancy, average rate, RevPAR, conversion and channel performance.

  • Identify differences in demand patterns and booking behaviours across the two properties and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Translate commercial data and market insights into clear sales priorities and actionable plans for the teams.

  • Strengthen direct business and improve reservations conversion, response standards and follow-up.

  • Ensure rates, inventory, offers and property content are accurately and consistently represented across relevant distribution channels.

  • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns, partnerships, communications and content with the commercial priorities of each property.

  • Establish clear sales targets, reporting processes and performance accountability across the group.

  • Build a collaborative, energetic and commercially driven culture while preserving the individual identity and positioning of each property.
