Head of Software Development / Software Development Lead
Salary: RM 15,000 – RM 17,000 per month
Responsibilities
Oversee architecture design, technical selection and review to boost system performance and reduce technical debt, lead the development team to implement agile workflows for full-cycle project delivery, set unified coding and CI/CD standards alongside a complete document management system, and roll out standardized AI coding tools and team collaboration specifications.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above with 6+ years Java development and 2+ years team management experience, skilled in Java microservice stack and DDD design, equipped with basic Vue/React ability to review AI code, proficient bilingual communication with fluent Mandarin preferred; cloud-native DevOps, MCP and client delivery experience are strong advantages.Salary negotiable for top talents.
