Should possess good knowledge regarding =
- MS Office 365
- Tickiting Tools (SLA Management)
- Remote support,
- Network Printers
- DNS, DHCP,
- VPN configuration & Troubleshooting
- One Drive Bit Locker
- Good Knowledge about Outlook Configuration & Troubleshooting
- Good knowledge about Operating system,
- Good knowledge of IT compliance management
