For over 30 years, the Hybride team has been reinventing the visual effects industry, one project at a time. #### Job Description We are looking for an HR Business Partner to drive our daily HR operations and support our teams in a dynamic production environment. This is a role that is both strategic and hands-on, where you will collaborate closely with management and department heads to ensure the comprehensive management of HR processes. As a key advisor, you will guide and equip managers to help them effectively address HR challenges within their teams. This role requires great adaptability to fluctuations in headcount related to production activities (team growth and reduction based on project progress), and the ability to alternate between strategic advice and operational tasks. **Recruitment** - Lead end-to-end recruitment, from identifying needs to onboarding; - Collaborate with department heads to anticipate staffing needs based on project expansion and contraction phases; - Effectively manage critical hires and track job vacancies; - Coordinate bilingual job postings and ensure compliance with local language requirements, where applicable. **Performance Management** - Support managers during performance meetings, improvement plans, and the use of performance management tools; - Participate in defining objectives and tracking their progress; - Guide managers toward proactive and effective management of performance issues. **Labor Relations and HR Support** - Act as the HR point of contact for managers and employees — be present, available, and responsive; - Lead the resolution of complex labor relations cases (conflicts, accommodations, complaints, disengagement…); - Advise managers on HR best practices to maintain a work climate conducive to team development and the achievement of objectives; - Support managers in developing their leadership, team dynamics, and conducting difficult conversations. **Support to Management** - Act as a trusted advisor to management regarding personnel strategy and the optimization of organizational structures. **Departures and Layoffs** - Oversee the entire cycle of employment terminations – voluntary or involuntary – in compliance with labor standards and legal obligations. **HR Operations** - Keep employee files up to date in HR systems; - Ensure ongoing compliance with current labor legislation; - Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies adapted to a production environment. #### Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP, ideally within the VFX, animation, or any related industry; - Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment in rapid growth and high-volume contexts – experience in a production environment is an asset; - Excellent foundation in performance management and labor relations; - Experience in the empathetic and rigorous management of employment terminations; - Good knowledge of local labor standards and labor law; - Ability to operate autonomously with minimal HR infrastructure – this is a generalist and hands-on role, not a specialized one; - Excellent judgment, exemplary discretion, and the ability to quickly build trusting relationships with managers and collaborators at all levels. #### Additional Information Our passion for innovation and the creativity of our team are recognized throughout the industry and remain the cornerstone of our work philosophy.
