HR Director
Description
We’re looking for an experienced HR director to lead our people strategy, build scalable HR frameworks, and drive organizational growth within a fast-growing company.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience.
- Proven experience in an HR director / head of HR / senior HR leadership role.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, HR operations, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to build HR strategies, systems, and processes from the ground up.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
- SHRM or HRCI certifications are a plus.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across all business functions.
- Build and enhance HR policies, procedures, and employee frameworks.
- Design and implement performance management and employee development strategies.
- Drive employee engagement and build a strong company culture.
- Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and business growth.
- Analyze HR metrics and insights to support strategic decision-making.
