HR Director
Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic director of human resources to lead and oversee all HR functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting business growth through effective people management practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Previous experience as HR director, head of HR, or senior HR manager.
- Experience within facilities management, real estate, services, infrastructure, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, and change management.
- Experience working in multinational or large-scale organizations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
