HR Manager [ 5 days, Esplanade/Promenade ]

HR Manager

Salary: $3,500 - $5,000 (Based on Experience)

Location: Promenade / Esplanade

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 8 (Weekends Off)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily HR operations across multiple companies in the manufacturing, marine engineering, and trading industries

• Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records

• Handle Work Permit and S Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations

• Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM employment regulations and HR policies

• Process monthly payroll, salary calculations, and CPF contributions

• Maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation

• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative matters

• Coordinate with management on manpower planning and HR operational requirements

• Support employee relations and resolve HR-related enquiries

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore

• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements

• Hands-on experience handling Work Permit and S Pass applications

• Proficient in payroll processing, CPF submissions, and HR administration

• Familiar with employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel management

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Able to manage HR operations independently across multiple companies

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
