HR Manager (5 Days / Healthcare) [EL]

Lead and oversee the People & Culture department, ensuring effective delivery of all HR functions.

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and workforce plans in line with business objectives.

Partner with the Deputy CEO and senior management to provide HR advice and support organisational growth.

Oversee recruitment, workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.

Drive performance management, employee development, succession planning and leadership initiatives.

Manage employee engagement, retention, employee relations and overall employee experience.

Oversee compensation and benefits, payroll, HR administration and HR systems.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements and internal HR policies.

Monitor HR performance through workforce reports, KPIs and people analytics.

Lead HR transformation, digitalisation and continuous improvement projects.

Develop and motivate the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.

Perform other strategic HR duties as assigned.
