Requirements:
√ 7–10 years progressive HR experience in HR Operations / Employee Relations
√ HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent)
√ Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR compliance
√ Experience as HR Business Partner in FMCG, logistics, manufacturing or similar

Responsibilities:
√ Oversee HR operations and employee lifecycle management
√ Manage employee relations and workforce administration
√ Ensure compliance, reporting, and HR policy execution
√ Support workforce planning and HR analytics
