HR Project Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Project Coordinator assists with a high volume of administrative projects relating to the employee lifecycle — ensuring that all documents, tasks, and steps are complete, accurate, and compliant. This role is highly process-focused and detail oriented and administrative in nature. This is a fully on-site job based out of Central Oregon.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll lead and own as an - HR Project Coordinator
- Manage and coordinate multiple HR administrative projects from initiation through completion
- Develop and maintain project timelines, task lists, and status documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Prepare and organize employee lifecycle documentation including onboarding, transfers, interview instruments, and offboarding materials
- Track and verify completion of required documents, signatures, and procedural steps
- Maintain accurate HR files and records in compliance with legal requirements
- Coordinate communication among HR team, managers, and employees regarding project status and requirements
- Process and maintain employee records, employment verification, and reference checks
- Assist with document coordination, background checks, and onboarding processes
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency enhancements
- Generate reports and maintain project metrics and data analysis
- Support HR team with special projects and ad hoc requests
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in executive or administrative assistance, Human Resources, project management onboarding, recruiting, or training administration preferred
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping practices
• Committed to compliance, HIPAA standards, and handling confidential information with discretion
• Proactive communicator with a warm, professional presence and a service-first mindset
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience in home care, healthcare, or a regulated industry a bonus
