HR Project Manager – 15+ Years' Experience
Responsible for planning and managing complex HR projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements.
Key responsibilities may include:
Develop and manage HR project plans, timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate stakeholders and project resources.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, budgets and progress.
Lead HR transformation and improvement initiatives.
Establish project governance and reporting mechanisms.
Ensure successful implementation and project close-out.
General Requirements
Candidates should demonstrate:
Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
Relevant professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
Minimum experience appropriate to the grade applied for.
Strong experience within HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development.
Experience working within large and complex organizations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Qatar/GCC experience and Arabic language capability are advantageous.
