Description
- Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
- Working on End-to-End Recruitments.
- Developing sourcing strategies through (Naukri, Shine, Monster, and LinkedIn etc).
- Get the detailed understanding of the job description given by the client.
- Understanding the client requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates
- Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews to identify "best-fit" candidates on basis of their competencies viz language, interest, skills, qualification, work experience etc.
- Coordinating with candidates and internal technical panels for interview schedule and further process.
- Negotiating and finalizing salary packages and notice period between the clients and the candidates
- Frequent interaction with candidates until he is on board.
- Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports.
- Follow up with clients in regular intervals to get quick responses.
