HR Recruiter

We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on both IT and non-IT roles. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process to meet the organization's staffing needs. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, utilizing various recruitment channels to attract candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process. The HR Recruiter will also be involved in bulk hiring and volume hiring initiatives, particularly for BPO roles, ensuring that we meet our recruitment targets efficiently. Required skills for this role include a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
