HR Recruiter

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent for our organization. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and developing effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions, including IT and non-IT roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. - Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking. - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions. - Manage bulk hiring and volume hiring initiatives, particularly for BPO roles. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system. - Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of HR and recruitment processes. - Experience in IT recruitment, non-IT recruitment, bulk hiring, and volume hiring. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
