TalentQ Solutions is a fast-growing recruitment firm specializing in Healthcare, Medical Coding and RCM hiring for top MNCs across India.Job Description:We are hiring a dynamic HR Recruiter with experience in Medical Coding / Healthcare hiring!Key Responsibilities:End-to-end recruitment for Medical Coding, RCM, AR Calling, Clinical and Non-Clinical rolesSourcing profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media and internal databaseScreening, shortlisting, and conducting initial HR interviewsCoordinating with hiring managers and clients for feedback and closuresMaintaining daily trackers and submission reportsBuilding and managing a strong talent pipeline for critical positionsAchieving daily / weekly / monthly hiring targetsTeam handling and leadership skills preferred for leading small sourcing teamRequired Skills:6 months to 3 years of experience in Recruitment (Healthcare / Medical Coding hiring preferred)Strong sourcing skills - Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portalsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsLeadership skills and ability to guide junior recruitersTarget-oriented and self-motivatedAbility to work independently in WFH setupWork Requirements:Work From Home - PermanentMust have own Laptop and good WiFi connectionFlexible shift timings - Should be flexible to work in evening / night shifts based on client requirementsImmediate joiners preferredSalary: Best in industry + Attractive incentives on every closureInterested
