HRP Associate Solution Architect - APAC
Summary
TMF Group is hiring an HRP Associate Solution Architect for APAC — a client-facing role designing payroll/HR service solutions, likely within its HR & Payroll Services division. It targets candidates with ~10 years' experience in payroll, HR and operations, including Service Manager background.
Self-organization / time management:
o Organized and executes tasks within the defined timeframe,
o Delivers outstanding work to tight deadlines and manage a diverse workload,
o Pays attention to detail and delivers high quality work products.
· Communication skills: presents and communicates effectively
· A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a relevant environment including experience as Service Manager
· Ideally 10+ of payroll / HR experience working in a client-facing environment, with a good track record of delivering against client requests.
· Ideally 10+ years of experience in an operations related environment, with a prove ability to deliver cost effective solutions and service design
· Fluent in English & Local Languages
· Proficient in Payroll and HR Services
· Professional project management training is a plus
