Human Resource Administrator
Job Summary
Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee records management, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, and resignation letters.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support payroll administration by maintaining employee attendance, leave, and movement records.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, medical claims, and leave records.
- Respond to employee HR enquiries and provide administrative support on HR matters.
- Assist in organising training programmes, performance review cycles, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Support HR projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of HR administration or relevant administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
