As a Human Resources Business Partner with 8+ years of experience you’ll play a key role in supporting the firm and shaping projects that make a difference—from concept through completion. What You’ll Do

- This role goes beyond traditional HR support—you'll partner directly with leaders to strengthen teams, develop leadership capability, improve employee engagement, and drive business success through people strategies
Partner with Leaders
- Serve as the primary HR advisor for assigned Business Units.
- Coach People Leaders through employee relations matters, performance conversations, and organizational challenges.
- Provide practical, business-focused guidance on complex employee situations.
Develop Leadership Capability
- Build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels.
- Facilitate leadership discussions, talent reviews, and development planning.
- Support leadership assessments, onboarding, and growth initiatives.
Strengthen Engagement & Culture
- Partner with leaders to turn engagement survey results into meaningful action.
- Conduct stay interviews to identify trends and opportunities.
- Champion an inclusive, high-performing culture aligned with Shive-Hattery's values.
Drive talent & Organizational Effectiveness
- Support succession planning, internal mobility, and talent development strategies.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition partners to address workforce needs.
- Identify organizational trends, retention risks, and opportunities to improve team performance.
