As a Human Resources Business Partner with 8+ years of experience you’ll play a key role in supporting the firm and shaping projects that make a difference—from concept through completion. You’ll collaborate with talented teammates, contribute your expertise, and help us deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions for those we serve.


What You’ll Do

  • Make an Impact Where People and Business Intersect
  • This role goes beyond traditional HR support—you'll partner directly with leaders to strengthen teams, develop leadership capability, improve employee engagement, and drive business success through people strategies

Partner with Leaders

  • Serve as the primary HR advisor for assigned Business Units.
  • Coach People Leaders through employee relations matters, performance conversations, and organizational challenges.
  • Provide practical, business-focused guidance on complex employee situations.

Develop Leadership Capability

  • Build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels.
  • Facilitate leadership discussions, talent reviews, and development planning.
  • Support leadership assessments, onboarding, and growth initiatives.

Strengthen Engagement & Culture

  • Partner with leaders to turn engagement survey results into meaningful action.
  • Conduct stay interviews to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Champion an inclusive, high-performing culture aligned with Shive-Hattery's values.

Drive talent & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Support succession planning, internal mobility, and talent development strategies.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition partners to address workforce needs.
  • Identify organizational trends, retention risks, and opportunities to improve team performance.
