HVAC Foreman

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to join a reputed company in Kuwait, focusing on Commercial Building Maintenance and Civil Projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and be responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems and related equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. - Perform routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC systems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation. - Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems with other building systems such as electrical and plumbing. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on system performance. - Provide guidance and training to junior staff and technicians in HVAC operations and maintenance procedures. Required Skills: - ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification in HVAC or related fields. - 5 to 11 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance. - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. - Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills are essential for effective communication. - Ability to perform routine maintenance and ensure safe and reliable operations.
