HVAC Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join a reputed company in Kuwait, focusing on Commercial Building Maintenance and Civil Projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. This role is critical in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of HVAC systems within commercial buildings. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. - Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment. - Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as needed, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient operation. - Collaborate with other technical staff to coordinate maintenance schedules and project timelines. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. - Provide basic training and guidance to junior staff on HVAC operations and safety protocols. Required Skills: - ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification in HVAC or a related field. - 5 to 10 years of experience in HVAC supervision or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. - Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills are essential for effective communication. - Ability to perform routine maintenance and ensure safe and reliable operations.
