HVAC Technician

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team for a prestigious commercial building maintenance project in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems. This role is crucial in ensuring the comfort and safety of building occupants through effective climate control and air quality management. Key Responsibilities: - Install, operate, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and systems as needed. - Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure systems are functioning efficiently. - Collaborate with other maintenance staff to address any related issues in the plant room or building systems. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities. - Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding system performance and maintenance needs. Required Skills: - ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification in HVAC or related field. - 5 to 10 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance. - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, operation, and troubleshooting. - Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills. - Ability to perform routine maintenance and ensure safe and reliable operations.
