HVAC & Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager
Summary
The HVAC & Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager oversees residential and light commercial projects from initial estimation and proposal development through to project execution and closeout. This role acts as the primary coordinator between internal teams, field staff, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
The HVAC & Plumbing Estimator / Project Manager plays a critical role in both the preconstruction and project execution phases of residential and light commercial projects. This position is responsible for developing accurate project estimates, preparing proposals, coordinating project handoff, managing awarded projects, and ensuring successful completion of work within budget, schedule, and quality expectations. The role serves as the primary link between sales, operations, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, builders, and homeowners to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial estimate through project closeout.
