IAA Game Designer
Responsibilities:
1.Design and implement gameplay for IAA casual games, including core gameplay loops, level pacing, progression systems, game balancing, and other key design elements.
2.Conduct in-depth research on the IAA game market and analyze successful competing titles, including gameplay mechanics, ad placement strategies, monetization models, and user engagement design.
3.Design and optimize rewarded video, interstitial, and other in-game advertising scenarios, balancing player experience with monetization performance.
4.Monitor and analyze post-launch product performance, including retention, playtime, ad eCPM, and other key metrics, and continuously iterate gameplay and monetization design based on data insights.
5.Work closely with developers, artists, and operations teams to ensure design requirements are implemented effectively and development milestones are delivered on schedule.
Qualifications:
1.Passionate about games and an experienced gamer with broad exposure to casual games and different game genres.
2.Strong understanding of IAA games, including player psychology, monetization logic, and product design principles. Able to clearly explain why certain games are engaging and what drives players to continue playing.
3.Creative and analytical, with strong logical thinking and the ability to turn ideas into clear, executable game design proposals.
4.Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and execution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced development environment.
5.Previous experience in IAA, hyper-casual, hybrid-casual, or related game projects is preferred.
6.Fresh graduates with strong gaming passion, relevant project experience, and good product thinking are also welcome to apply.
