The role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work on a project that will support stakeholders through a period of change with ongoing enhancement of the client’s information management system.

Responsibilities include:

• Requirements gathering elicitation
• Business Process Mapping
• Produce clear, concise business cases
• Workshops facilitation with stakeholders
• Support change management activities
• Collaboration with project stakeholders

To be considered, you will need to have:

• Solid experience in Business Analyst role within a complex, enterprise scale client specifically with this experience:
  • Experience supporting the ongoing enhancement of an information management system
  • Proven experience supporting the adoption of information management technologies
  • Support of change initiatives and improving user experience
  • Sound knowledge of record keeping frameworks
• Relevant education / tertiary education desirable
