Protects and secures IT systems for a U.S. Navy aviation research division by writing policies, coordinating security activities, and applying new cybersecurity methods to agency-wide challenges.
You will serve as a INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST (INFOSEC) in the SPECIALTY CYBER BRANCH (BL72300) in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT, NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER AIRCRAFT DIVISION SE & ALRE GROUP of NAVAIRWARCENADLKENAVAIRWARCENADLKE.
You will develop and interprets policies, procedures, and strategies governing the planning and delivery of services throughout the agency.
You will ensure coordination and/or collaboration on security activities sufficient to integrate information systems security with other security disciplines.
You will apply new developments to previously unsolvable problems; and makes decisions or recommendations that significantly influence important agency IT policies or programs.
