Summary
Provide IT system administration and customer support for a U.S. Navy fleet, managing network services, upgrades, and customer requirements.
You will serve as a INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (SYSADMIN/CUSTSPT) in the IT Directorate (N6) of PAC FLEET SUB FORCE OPS COMPONENT. PAY RANGE: GS-12: $100,602 - $130,786 GS-11: $83,935 - $109,122
You will plan and coordinate new IT Projects to implement including NMCI upgrades and changes affection shore based customers.
You will assist claimant commands to define customer IM/IT requirements, manage NMCI network service and accounts, schedule and coordinate new services.
You will serve as a customer liaison for all customer service problems.
You will apply configuration management disciplines to assist claimant customers to properly manage and maintain an accurate inventory of network assets and installed services.
