Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and deliver IT infrastructure and workplace technology projects.
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues and mitigation plans.
Coordinate activities across infrastructure, security, application and business teams.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope and quality standards.
Act as the key coordination point between technology teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops and status reviews and drive action items to closure.
Escalate project risks and issues appropriately to project sponsors and management.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards and management presentations.
Maintain project plans, meeting minutes, risk logs, change records and other project documentation.
Ensure compliance with project governance, technology standards and applicable audit/risk requirements.
Coordinate implementation across network, digital workplace, Microsoft 365, cloud, collaboration and security initiatives.
Support testing, migration, deployment and post-implementation activities.
Ensure solutions are properly documented and transitioned into operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management or related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years' experience in IT infrastructure project management or project coordination.
Proven experience delivering projects involving one or more of:
Network/connectivity, Digital workplace/end-user technology , Microsoft 365/collaboration platforms, Cloud infrastructure & Information security.
Strong project planning, stakeholder management, vendor management, risk/issue management and governance experience.
Able to independently manage multiple project workstreams.
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master or equivalent certification would be advantageous.
Experience within banking, financial services or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
