Salary: SGD 6000 - 10000 per month

- Lead project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and management reporting
- Manage multiple vendors and ICT service providers, collaborating with application and infrastructure teams
- Ensure projects meet business needs, deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints
- Participate in requirement gathering, and develop user guides and operation manuals
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Adhere to IT management policies, quality standards, and security guidelines, including IM8 standards
- Minimum 4 years of IT project management experience
- Proven skills in vendor and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with IM8 standards is a must
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in government cloud platforms (GCC)
