The Greco Agency is a growing Farmers Insurance office in Blue Springs, Missouri, and we’re adding sales representatives to our team. We’re a small office where your work gets noticed, your manager knows your name, and you can see your path to more responsibility and more income.

Pay: $36,000 base salary + commission + bonus opportunities

Leads provided, so no buying or cold-sourcing your own
Paid licensing: we cover your Missouri Property & Casualty license

Responsibilities
Questions people ask us
Do I need insurance experience?
No. We’ll train you on the products, the sales process, and our systems. If you can hold a good conversation and take coaching, we can teach you the rest.
Do I need a license?
Not to apply. We’ll walk you through getting your Missouri Property & Casualty license, and we pay for it.
Will I have to find or buy my own leads?
No. We supply the leads, so your time goes into quoting and closing, not prospecting from scratch.
Is this commission-only?
No. You start with a $30,000 base salary, and commission and bonuses are paid on top of it.
What does growth look like?
Strong performers can grow into a senior producer or team lead role, or take the step toward owning their own Farmers agency.
