Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

This role focuses on the end-to-end billing and settlement process for international bilateral and hubbing traffic, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective dispute resolution to safeguard company revenue and cost.

What are you accountable for?

  • Manage the monthly billing process for domestic interconnect partners, ensuring invoices for voice, SMS, and data traffic are accurate and sent on time
  • Process and verify incoming invoices from interconnect partners, preparing them for settlement
  • Perform detailed reconciliation of traffic data and financial statements with domestic interconnect partners carriers
  • Investigate, manage, and resolve all billing disputes with partners in a timely manner
  • Ensure all interconnect rates and agreements are accurately maintained in the billing system
  • Prepare regular reports on interconnect traffic volumes, revenue, costs, and partner account status
  • Liaise with international partners on all operational matters related to billing and settlement
  • Assist in month end closing, system interfaces and Financial analysis
  • Preparation of audit schedule for quarterly audit and year end audit

What do you need to have for this role?

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, MICPA, CPA, ICAA, or ICAEW) is an added advantage, or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP is preferred.
  • Positive, passionate, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • Possesses good stakeholder management and communication skills.
