Summary
A 6-month full-time internship (with permanent potential) in Vadodara providing L1/L2 desktop support: installing and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, Windows OS, MS Office, Active Directory accounts, VPN/remote access, and networking issues, plus IT asset inventory and vendor coordination. Open to freshers; any graduate or diploma holder.

Internship Tenure: 6 Months (Later on it would be permanent based on your performance)
Experience Range: Freshers to 0.6 Months
Degree: Any Graduate or 3 years diploma holder
Preferences - Male Candidates must be from Gujarat or should be fluent in Gujarati.
What You'll Learn?
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and other business applications
- Handle user account management (Active Directory), password resets, and access permissions
- Perform software installations, upgrades, and patch management
- Manage and support VPN, remote access, and basic networking issues
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and compliance
- Maintain and track IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, accessories)
- Maintain proper documentation of issued/returned assets
