KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in conducting employee personal file audits.
- Check files against the standard personal file checklist.
- Record missing and incomplete documents in the audit tracker.
- Coordinate with HR team members to complete outstanding documentation.
- Support scanning, filing, labelling, and organizing employee records.
- Maintain accurate audit records and prepare regular progress updates
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or any related field
- Communication abilities
- Attention to detail
