KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with handling employee grievances in an effective manner.
- Support Human Capital (HC) reconciliation and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate and manage disciplinary processes of the company.
- Facilitate and manage the VOP (Verification of Personnel) process.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for Executive and Intern positions.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programmes.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- An undergraduate pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
- Sound communication and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge in HRM.
